Explicit Consent Text for the Processing of Personal Data
This Explicit Consent Text is provided separately from the KVKK Information Notice in order to obtain your preferences regarding the processing by CoBAC Workspace Ofis Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("CoBAC") of photographs, video recordings and, where applicable, audio recordings for the purposes specified below.
Important
Providing explicit consent is not mandatory. Refusing to provide consent will not adversely affect your ability to benefit from the services provided by CoBAC or your rights arising from your existing relationship with CoBAC.
1. Personal Data Subject to Consent
Photographs and video recordings taken during events, organizations and community activities organized by CoBAC or held at CoBAC premises, as well as audio recordings contained in video recordings where applicable, may be processed in accordance with the preferences set out below.
2. My Explicit Consent Preferences
The following options are independent of one another. You may select any option you wish, or you may select none of them.
2.1. Corporate Communications and Event Content
I expressly consent to the use of my photographs, video recordings and, where applicable, audio recordings on the CoBAC website, digital communication channels controlled by CoBAC, corporate presentations and promotional materials, event announcements and event summary content.
2.2. Social Media, Marketing and Advertising Content
I expressly consent to the use of my photographs, video recordings and, where applicable, audio recordings on CoBAC's corporate social media accounts, in organic or paid promotional content, and in brand communication, marketing and advertising activities.
Selecting the social media option does not, by itself, constitute a legal mechanism for the transfer of personal data abroad. Any transfer of personal data abroad shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable conditions set forth under Article 9 of the KVKK.
3. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent
I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time, with effect for the future. I may submit my request to hello@cobac.com.tr or through one of CoBAC's KVKK application channels. Following receipt of the notification by CoBAC, future use based on explicit consent will be discontinued, and content published on digital channels controlled by CoBAC will be removed to the extent technically feasible.
